I have had shoulder pain for years and years. My range of motion was very limited that made it difficult to perform overhead activities. I have used to live with these limitations. Eventually my doctor recommended physical therapy. I was very impressed with the treatment I received at Best Care Rehabilitation Center. Now I don't have any pain and limitations in my shoulder and I just regret that I did not find Best Care years and years earlier. I want to thank all staff at Best Care for the outstanding job.

After I injured my knee I was in pain for almost a year. During this year I went through physical therapy, I have had two cortisone injections. Nothing was working. Pain interfere with basic functional activities. I was tired and frustrated.
